Chief Human Resources Officer for large, private non-wovens manufacturer (New York)

The placement: Chief Human Resources Officer for a multi-billion dollar, privately held, NY-state company in the non-wovens manufacturing space. The CHRO is a new role, reporting directly to family ownership, and will be a strategic catalyst and leader for succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HRIS and HR operations. We recruited the successful candidate from the executive committee of a $500m privately held integrated services company working in the pharmaceuticals and biotech industry.
