RM Nephew and Associates knows Chief Executive Officers. In addition to our years of experience placing CEOs, Presidents, Chief Operating Officers and Division Heads, on many of our other searches we are directly working with and advising CEOs and board members. These experiences give us particular insight into the qualities that make a CEO successful and what boards seek from their executive leadership.
Our experience runs from finding the first CEO for young venture-backed firms to succession planning for major established businesses. Recently, we have found leaders for two companies at the opposite ends of that scale within the warehousing and distribution industry.

The RM Nephew and Associates’ Chief Marketing Officer practice has been an area of tremendous growth for the firm in recent years, building on an already rich record of success in the Marketing area. We have been able to develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the talent pool at the CMO level spanning a number of industries. Recent placements include several in the Technology and Professional Services areas.

The importance of technology, data and information security for modern businesses continues to grow exponentially, and with that growth we have found that the Chief Information Officer role has taken on increasing importance for the companies with whom we work. One of RM Nephew and Associates’ key strategic objectives is to maintain a position of expertise in recruiting CIOs and also CISOs—Chief Information Security Officers. We have seen increased demand for exceptional leaders in this area, particularly from high-growth private companies.
