Our process methodology is designed to deliver the very best candidates and operate with speed and agility. We are committed to representing your values and practice full transparency about candidate strengths and development needs.
Step 1
Discovery
360-degree learning approach. We internalize your corporate culture, learn your leadership team dynamics, understand your story and study your value proposition and collateral materials.
Step 2
Research
Build research strategy. We research your industry, market sector, size, geography, operating model and culture. We also script your message and strategize challenge resolution.
Step 3
Recruitment and Assessment
Carefully convey client story. We present the opportunity, learn about the candidate’s career, assess credentials, and evaluate chemistry and values to determine leadership style and fit. We consistently benchmark candidate skills and experience against the position profile throughout the search lifecycle.
Step 4
Cadence and Calibration
Disciplined communication at every step. We provide weekly written reports throughout the project life cycle in addition to weekly status calls. Six weeks into each new search, we assess client satisfaction with our process and the candidate slate through our proprietary Search Quality Assessment, administered through an outside audit firm. Based on client feedback, we make adjustments as necessary to ensure positive momentum throughout the search cycle.
Step 5
Candidate Presentation
Client deliverables. We provide weekly status reports highlighting prospective candidates and candidates in process. We communicate candidates’ backgrounds, career aspirations, character and personal situations using a candidate summary. We benchmark candidates’ strengths and weaknesses against the position profile via a candidate matrix. We then obtain client feedback and guidance about candidates’ viability and confirm action steps.
Step 6
Negotiation and Closing
A seamless process. All projects include detailed peer and manager references, and we carry out background checks as required. We help guide our clients through the negotiation process to ensure a mutually satisfactory outcome for both the client and the candidate.
