Quality
We invest in quality checks throughout the search process.
Six weeks after your search is initiated, a third-party audit firm conducts a brief Search Quality Assessment (SQA) to determine your satisfaction with our search process and results to date. The audit gathers your feedback on execution, satisfaction with the market approach, search flow, our accessibility to you, quality of candidates and management of logistics. We use the output of this audit to help ensure our performance exceeds your expectations throughout the recruiting process.
