The placement: Chief Learning Officer for a ~$1b iconic public health system in the Southwest, one of the largest in the US.  Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position provides overall leadership for the system’s corporate university and will collaborate with executives and system leaders to develop an institutional context for all organizational development. Our placement was the most senior learning officer for a major, global, retail-branded company with prior healthcare sector experience on both the provider and insurer sides.

The placement: Managing Partner for one of the largest labor and employment law firms, with offices across the United States, in Europe and in Mexico. The position is based in Toronto and will be the Canadian leader for the firm’s expansion into that territory. The Managing Partner reports to the Chair of the International Practice and is part of the firm’s management committee.  Our placement was the lead for labor and employment law for a competing global firm.

The placement: Chief Financial Officer for a globally recognized leader in advanced imaging systems and technology for healthcare and security.  A key member of the executive management team, the CFO reports directly to the President and CEO and assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company, including a responsibility for business development.  Our placement had 10 years’ CFO experience with two public companies, having previously built a foundation in financial management with GE and leadership with Smith + Nephew.

The company’s outgoing CFO was also a successful placement by RM Nephew and Associates LLC. In total we have now added four executives to the company’s Finance team.

The placement: Board Director for a NASDAQ-listed, transformative global medical technology and robotics company headquartered in the Northeast.  Our client was seeking someone with relevant industry and leadership experience to join its Audit Committee.  Our placement is a former medical device company CEO who brings deep product introduction and reimbursement expertise.

The placement: Vice President, Corporate Controller for a globally recognized leader in advanced imaging systems and technology for healthcare and security. The VP Corporate Controller role is a highly visible and critical position responsible for the accuracy of the financial statements, ensuring the company is SEC compliant, managing an efficient and effective global accounting organization, and supporting strong financial controls across the global business. Our candidate was a sitting VP Corporate Controller in Technology with diversified global corporate, subsidiary and division experience at private and large multinational companies.

The VP Corporate Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer, also placed by RM Nephew and Associates. In total we have now added three executives to the company’s Finance team.
