Chief Human Resources Officer for VC-backed leading provider of construction software (Oregon)

The placement: Chief Human Resources Officer for a Bain Capital-backed leading provider of software solutions and services to the construction industry, based on the west coast.  Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will be responsible for leading and shaping an HR strategy that aligns with the overall business plan and key strategic objectives of this high growth company.  Our placement is an executive leader with experience and expertise in all of the key functional areas of corporate HR, with deep knowledge and understanding of the software industry.
