ROBERT NEPHEW is the Founder & Managing Partner of RM Nephew and Associates, LLC. Bob represents 35 years of successful executive search experience with specific concentration in the technology, professional services and healthcare industries. Bob’s clients value the insights he brings from recruiting success within their niche sectors and functional areas, as well as his work on both the provider and client side of the business.
DENISE AMARI leads the Financial Officers practice at RM Nephew and Associates. Denise draws on a strong background in executive recruiting as well as extensive business operations experience. Denise started her career at Deloitte serving in both the audit and tax practices. Following that, with the Boston Consulting Group, Denise spent three years in Asia helping to expand the firm’s presence in the region. Prior to joining RM Nephew and Associates, Denise developed clients and recruited leadership talent in a variety of sectors, including technology, life sciences, and renewable energy for BFS Associates
MARGARET SHUE leads RM Nephew and Associates’ research and recruiting functions as Managing Director. Prior to her role with RM Nephew, Margaret led the recruiting function for the Boston office of David Brooke Associates. Margaret joined David Brooke Associates from Korn/Ferry International, where she served as recruiting consultant as well as a director of research and knowledge manager in the company’s Boston Office. She has broad industry expertise with particular depth in healthcare, professional services, financial services and CPG.
