The placement: Vice President, Learning and Development for a major NYC-area health system, the United States’ second-largest, non-profit, secular healthcare system, based on number of beds. This role is responsible for the design, development and implementation of innovative programs to build competence for over 47,000 employees across the system. Our candidate was the Chief Learning Officer and a member of the senior Human Resources leadership team for Canada’s leading entertainment and telecommunications company.
